Some people connect this work to ideas like epigenetics, but our focus is psychological and relational: we explore the stories you inherited, the rules you learned, and the roles you were assigned — and help you choose what you want to keep and what you want to change.

What Happens in a Session
In sessions, we map key patterns: where responsibility sits, how conflict is handled, what emotions were allowed, and what you were taught about worth and love. We look at how these patterns show up today — in your boundaries, your partner choices, your work habits, and how you respond to criticism or disappointment.
You leave with a practical boundary or communication plan, plus a self support strategy for handling pushback. Over time, this work can reduce people pleasing, strengthen identity, and change relationship patterns. Important note: we do not claim to change genetics or epigenetic markers; we focus on behaviour, coping, and relationships in the present

Many people carry invisible rules from family systems: do not upset anyone, do not talk about feelings, succeed to be safe, keep the peace, be the responsible one. These rules can create anxiety, guilt, and burnout — even when nothing is “wrong” in the present. Transgenerational therapy makes the pattern visible so you stop confusing it with your personality.
Once the pattern is clear, we build choice. That often means separating love from obligation, learning to tolerate guilt while still setting healthy limits, and rewriting internal rules that keep you stuck. You will not be asked to blame your family; the goal is understanding and freedom — so you can relate with more self respect.
