A good session is not just “talking”. It is a structured conversation that helps you understand what is happening, feel calmer, and choose a next step you can actually do. We keep the process simple so you do not have to think too hard when you are already tired.
1) Choose a time — Pick the next available appointment. You can choose phone or Zoom.
2) Talk privately — Your session is a calm, confidential space. You choose what to share. Your therapist helps you slow down and clarify what matters.
3) Leave with a plan — You leave with a clear next step. If you consent to artificial intelligence assisted notes, your therapist can send a written plan that is easier to follow.
Appointments are booked in 60 minute slots. Your conversation time is 50 minutes. The remaining time is used for therapist notes and your plan.

No. Happy Us provides counselling and therapy support only. We do not prescribe medication. If you think you may need medical assessment or medication, we can encourage you to seek a local doctor or psychiatrist.
Only if you explicitly consent. During booking you can choose whether you consent to recording and transcription to help your therapist write accurate notes and your plan. If you do not consent, we do not record or transcribe and your therapist will take notes manually. If you do consent, your therapist reviews and edits the notes before anything is shared with you.
