Many Australians wait weeks to speak to someone, even when they are not in “crisis” but they are struggling. And when you are already overwhelmed, the friction of long forms, unclear pricing, and complicated steps can be enough to stop you from getting support.
We designed Happy Us to reduce that friction:

Happy Us sessions are structured and respectful. We focus on listening carefully, helping you slow down, and choosing one or two next steps that feel realistic.
If you consent, we can use artificial intelligence assisted transcription to help your therapist write accurate notes and your plan.
Your therapist reviews and edits everything before anything is shared. We do not believe in overwhelming you with information.
