2.5 AI Notes (if you consent): audio/video recordings and/or transcripts created from Sessions, and summary notes generated with clinician review.

2.6 Payment information: payment status, transaction identifiers, and billing records. We generally do not store full card details (handled by payment processors).

2.7 Device and website usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and cookies/analytics data.

3.1 Directly from you when you:

(a) book a Session, contact us, complete an intake form, or chat with us;

(b) attend Sessions and share information with a Clinician.

3.2 Automatically via cookies and similar technologies when you use the website (see section 11).

We use your information to:

4.1 Provide and manage Services (booking, reminders, session delivery, chat).

4.2 Provide clinical support (session notes, assessments, plan-of-action).

4.3 Safety management (risk assessment, escalation where necessary).

4.5 Payment processing and fraud prevention.

4.6 Legal compliance (records, audits, dispute handling).

5.1 Health information is sensitive information. Where required, we will collect it with your consent and for the purpose of providing Services.

  1. AI Notes (recording/transcription and artificial intelligence assistance)

6.1 We may offer AI Notes to help Clinicians prepare accurate notes and a plan-of-action.

6.2 AI Notes are OPTIONAL. We will only record/transcribe Sessions if you provide explicit consent.

6.3 If you do not consent, we do not record/transcribe and the Clinician takes notes manually.

6.4 If you consent, we may process recordings/transcripts using trusted third-party providers. The Clinician reviews and edits outputs before anything is shared.

6.5 You can withdraw consent for AI Notes at any time for future Sessions.

  1. Who we share information with

We may disclose personal information to:

7.1 Clinicians providing your Services.

7.2 Service providers who help us operate the website and Services, such as:

  • booking and scheduling systems,
  • video/telephony providers,
  • secure hosting and storage providers,
  • payment processors,
  • customer support and communications providers (email/SMS),
  • analytics providers,
  • AI transcription/processing providers (only where you consent).

7.3 Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers, where necessary.

7.4 Authorities or emergency responders where required or authorised by law, or where necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to life, health, or safety.

  1. Overseas disclosures

8.1 Some of our Clinicians and service providers may be located outside Australia (for example, India). This may involve overseas disclosure or storage of personal information.

8.2 Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information consistently with Australian privacy requirements, unless an exception applies.

8.3 By using the Services and providing information, you consent to overseas disclosure where required for service delivery.
